Q. What are my responsibilities?
A. You need to identify a level area, clear of debris and all pet droppings, to set up the bounce house, provide an electrical outlet within 100’ of the bounce house. Understand and follow the Safety Instructions, read, understand and sign the Release and Acknowledgement of Risks agreement. Each form is provided as an attachment on this web-site for you to review.
Q. What kind of electrical outlet do I need? What if I don’t have one available at our site?
A. Just your basic home electrical outlet with ground is needed. If your party location does not have electricity we have a generator that can be rented. (see pricing page)
Q. How much room do I need?
A. In general terms you will need an area of approximately 20’x 25’ for the basic bounce houses and an area of 25’x 30’ for the Combo bounce house with slide. All bounce houses are approximately 18’ tall so you will need to make sure there are no overhead obstructions such as phone, cable, power lines or tree limbs.
Q. Can we spray water in the bounce house or on slide?
A. No! The bounce houses are inflated by a blower that is plugged into an electrical outlet, water on, in or around the bounce house could cause an electrical shock to participants and/or those nearby.
Q. What happens if the weather is bad the day of our party?
A. J & S Entertainment reserves the right to cancel delivery if rains, snows or winds become strong before the party. If rains, snows or winds become strong during the party J& S Entertainment reserves the right to pick up the rental equipment and no refund will be given.
